General information about our accommodation.
Q: What are the check in and check out times?

To the right of our main glass front doors is our after hours arrivals phone. You just pick that up the phone inside the white box and our after hours reception let you know the combination to the safe that is located to the left of the phone. In the safe you will find an envelope with your name containing your keys and a letter explaining how to use the keys and a few general things about our resort.You just need to pop down to reception the next morning to "check in".
Please feel free to arrive early anytime during office hours on you arrival date. If your unit is ready we will get you straight in. If your unit is not ready we can look after your bags and you are welcome to use any of the resort facilities.
Q: Is the pool heated?
Yes. Our large pool and spa are both heated for your enjoyment.
Q: What facilities do you have?
Surf Parade Resort facilities include:
- Large heated pool and spa
- Full sized concrete tennis court
- BBQ
- Sauna
- Mini Gym
Q: How close is Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach?
Surf Parade Resort is ideally located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.
Surfers Paradise is a 20-25 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride.
Broadbeach is slightly closer at a 10 - 15 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
The closest Supermarket is in Broadbeach a 10-15 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride.
There is a taxi rank outside the supermarket to taxi home if required.
There is also a small cash only superette is a short 5 minute walk away.
You can also pre order your groceries using the below link and have them delivered on your arrival day.
Q: Do you have after hours checkin facilities?
To the right of our front doors is our after hours arrivals phone. You just pick that up and someone will let you know the combination to the safe that is to the left of the phone, and in the safe you will find an envelope with your name containing your keys and a letter explaining how to use the keys and a few general things about our resort. You just need to pop down to reception the next morning to "check in" when you are up and about.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
At Surf Parade Resort we offer a free booking service to all the Theme Parks and many other tours and activities including day tours, cruises, scenic flights, car hire, airport and theme park transfers. Please note booking your return transfer at the same time will save you money. Please phone us on 07 5538 8863 or email us on info@surfparaderesort.com.au to arrange transfers.
Q: Can I get a late checkout or early arrival?
We offer a guaranteed late check or early arrival for a small fee of $30. This is subject to availability at time of booking. To arrange please phone us on 07 5538 8863 or email us on info@surfparaderesort.com.au
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
We require a $200 deposit to secure all bookings. The balance is payable on arrival or earlier wish to.
Q: Is there car parking at the property?
