Where to start..... I checked in for 2 weeks holiday and stayed for four months!!!! the resort managers - Cathy and James made me feel so welcome, that I almost felt part of the family. I enjoyed staying in the apartment on the ground lovel with a very large courtyard, and the tennis court and swimming pool on my back door step. James was a regular feature hosing down the pathways and making sure that the grounds were always immaculate - and Cathys smiling, happy and helpful manner on reception always made coming and going a pleasure. Without a doubt, the Surf Parade Resort is "one of a kind" and whomever has the good fortune to stay at the Resort will have a fabulous holiday. I was sad to leave the week before Christmas, but will certainly return agan in the future. Thank you so much to Cathy and James.

Stayed here recently for two nights in a 1 bedroom apartment with views of the ocean. The apartments are small but well decked out. You have your own kitchen, bathroom including laundry, and balcony to enjoy the views. Very pleasant in the evening sitting on the balcony. The beach is about 5 minute walk away - plus the pool is good here. The tennis court is also great. Itis good value for this part of town.
The location is also good - inbetween Surfers Paradise and Broadwater so not too noisy. You can easily walk to Broadbeach for shops and restaurants. Broadbeach has better restaurants in my opinion. There are actually a few good restaurants just within a couple of blocks of the hotel - which are better value.
When I knew I had to stay in Gold Coast for a couple of nights I used Trip Advisor to make a choice and this is what I chose - once again using Trip Advisor helped me make a good choice.

What a fabulous place to be at this year. My partner and I had the best time with our son Luca (18 months). It was our first trip away together and this was the perfect place to stay. positioned perfectly between Surfers and Broadbeach, and 2 blocks from the sea, everything was an easy walk (less than 15 mins). We lived by the pool, got to train on the cardio gear a few times too.We were on the 8th floor so great all day views with heaps of morning sun. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the longer term tennants a joy to talk too. Highly recommend this as a friendly, easy going place to stay.

We had a good stay at the Surf Parade Resort. Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities, laundry, etc. The Spa is not a traditional spa, but a jacuzzi bath. Everything was clean and fresh. And we enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment.
Things to note:
* These are not serviced apartments.
* Location is on the border of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. With a walk to the main city hub about 1.2km.
* Beach is 100m from hotel.
Overall would recommend this apartment and would stay there again

Friendly staff, very well maintained, quiet location, lovely pool, spa sauna, tennis court and Gym. Handy to everything, plenty of under cover parking and the views were wonderful. Even the lift was efficient. A great place to stay in Broadbeach. We had room 66 on the 6th floor and it was perfect. The gold coast is a fantastic holiday destination, especially the Theme Parks. We would definitely visit Surf Parade Resort again.
