Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require either a Mastercard or Visa at the time of checking in or a refundable $200 cash bond

Q: Can I get a late checkout or early arrival?

We offer a guaranteed late check or early arrival for a small fee of $30. This is subject to availability at time of booking. To arrange please phone us on 07 5538 8863 or email us on [email protected]

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a $200 deposit to secure all bookings, $500 in peak School holiday periods

The balance is payable 7 days prior in Low season and 30 days prior Peak

Q: What are the reception hours?

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

At Surf Parade Resort we offer a free booking service to all the Theme Parks and many other tours and activities including day tours, cruises, scenic flights, car hire, airport and theme park transfers. Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

We offer Free WiFi through the resort. Data limits apply however affordable data usage upgrades are available for purcase. There are many options so please contact us for further information and pricing.

Linen and towels are provided and changed after stays of 8 days or longer.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Surf Parade Resort is a self service resort and we offer a linen change service for stays of a week or more.

Yes. Our large pool and spa are both heated for your enjoyment.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Surf Parade Resort is ideally located between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

Surfers Paradise is a 20-25 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride.

Broadbeach is slightly closer at a 10 - 15 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride.

Q: Are there any cafes close to Surf Parade Resort?

There many many cafes,restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Regular buses and tram services will get you to where you need to go.

Q: How far is the beach?

We are a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

The closest Supermarket is in Broadbeach a 10-15 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride.

There is a taxi rank outside the supermarket to taxi home if required.

There is also a small superette is a short 5 minute walk away.
